Union Coffee Roasters is an artisan coffee company which brings outstanding quality, traceability and responsible sourcing together. Directors and Roastmasters Jeremy Torz and Steven Macatonia are so passionate about their morning brew, they have travelled the world to discover family run farms and smallholder co-operatives which produce the most exceptional, delicious coffees available anywhere today.

By paying fair, sustainable prices and working directly with each coffee farmer, long term, quality-led relationships are formed and trust is built. Jeremy and Steven want to introduce personality to the world of coffee, and so have decided to break down the barriers normally separating producers from the market through sharing knowledge, advice and ideas to ensure the premiums they pay are invested wisely and in pre-defined programmes – so much so you can really taste the difference in your cup.

At the company’s Roastery in London, all coffees are individually hand roasted in small batches by their experienced Roastmaster. Each roast is meticulously tailored to its respective origin and carefully adjusted throughout until the optimum moment at which the bean’s natural sugars and unique flavours are fully developed. As you’ll discover, a sweeter, more rounded and satisfying cup is the result – and one which will leave you reaching for another.
